What we’re looking for in our barbacks:
- Positive attitude towards helping guests and colleagues.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a team and in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be comfortable speaking to a variety of patrons daily.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience as a bartender, mixologist, or bar staff is desired, but not essential! We are looking for both junior bartenders, senior bartenders, and cocktail bartenders.
