JMP is a creative, content and campaigns agency based in Bristol working across the country for an amazing portfolio of clients, including Sky Bet, RFU, Super 6, EAFC, That\’s Football, Confused.com, Flutter and many more. With big aspirations and a fantastic team already in place, we are on the lookout for a new social first creative producer to join our team.
Responsible for managing campaigns from concept through to post production and delivery. This is an opportunity to offer sound creative input and social insight and develop your career as the business grows. We are looking for someone who is social content obsessed, a creative thinking leader and willing to play a key role in the business day to day, whilst contributing to the already ambitious culture at JMP.
We are looking for someone with 2-3 years agency / brand experience.
Responsibilities:
- Creatively lead projects from conception to completion, whilst meeting tight deadlines and managing conflicting demands.
- Ideate and respond to creative briefs with a social-first mindset.
- Craft creative decks that include scripts, storyboards, art direction, edit and music references.
- Build and draw from a bank of existing creative references.
- Comfortable directing talent and crew on shoot days across the UK to ensure we capture content fit for purpose.
- Create detailed shot lists with consideration of platforms, timings, location, talent and more.
- Lead creative planning sessions and bring innovative, social-first ideas to the table.
- Demonstrate excellent communication with clients, strategic partners and colleagues and regularly follow up with debriefs.
- Work alongside the senior producer and SLT to ensure projects are delivered within specification, budget, deadlines and to client satisfaction.
- Constantly challenge creative output and innovation ensuring content is purpose driven for platform and brief.
- Drive standards in execution.
- Delegate tasks to colleagues and organise project handovers.
- Comfortable being able to pitch fresh ideas to the SLT and clients in response to creative briefs.
- Document and troubleshoot issues ahead of time where possible.
