The Role: The Vice President (VP) will play a pivotal role in driving the firmβs investment activities across Energy Transition and Clean Technology sectors. Responsibilities: Transaction Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of investment transactions, including deal sourcing, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and execution.
