Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK, home to iconic beers & soft drinks. We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. This role is vital to our success, offering the opportunity to:
- Deliver exceptional customer support with a friendly manner
- Communicate via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
- Follow company procedures on customer responses
- Promote online digital applications to customers
- Manage multiple customer situations effectively, ensuring accurate recording of information through online service portals
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Recent call centre or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running
- Team player who can also manage their own workload
- Problem-solving skills with flexible thinking
- Strong communication skills and a sympathetic telephone manner
