We are Bridge Catering Equipment, a commercial catering equipment supplier with over twenty-five years of experience in designing and manufacturing high-quality stainless steel equipment, including air control systems for commercial kitchens. Our products are built to exacting standards and tailored to client specifications, covering kitchen, bar, and front-of-house fabrication, as well as air extraction and input systems. A highly respected supplier, we pride ourselves on working closely with our customers, offering comprehensive services that include design advice, specification, and ensuring functional and safety standards are met to satisfy client needs.

This role is to provide a high standard of polishing and grinding of stainless steel products.

Main Duties:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized department.
  • Working in accordance with company processes and procedures.
  • Following engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Meeting production demands and targets.
  • Using various power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ensuring quality and high standards are consistently met.
  • Performing visual inspections and reading engineering drawings (desirable skill).
  • Finishing components by hand using files and emery paper.
  • Assembling component parts prior to subsequent operations.
  • Understanding assigned work before starting.
  • Following lawful instructions from management.

  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Following site Health & Safety policies and processes.
  • Completing housekeeping duties daily or as required.
  • Completing work within specified timeframes and according to specifications.
  • Ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
