The role:

You’ll need:

  • Strong subject knowledge in English Language and/or Literature
  • Experience working with young people with additional needs or challenging behaviour
  • Patience, creativity, and a trauma-informed approach
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

In return, we offer:

  • Meaningful, rewarding work where every lesson makes a difference
  • A supportive team and safeguarding framework
  • Competitive hourly rate

This isn’t just about teaching English. It’s about helping young people write a better next chapter. Interested or know someone who fits the bill? Let’s talk — drop us a message or apply today.
