We are looking for a strong Senior UX UI Designer-Remote to join our Squad and bring the quality of our products to a new level. Main Duties Develop and refine target user personas Perform user research to identify pain points and innovation opportunities Gather and evaluate user requirements Translate user stories and features into low-fidelity wireframes, storyboards, user flows, sitemaps, and other design artifacts Create high-fidelity mockups and screen flows Shine with engineering excellence by developing test infrastructures, writing documentation, ensuring high performance, and following an agile development methodology Ensure development best practices are followed (Clean Code, Clean Architecture, code reviews) Actively communicate with the stakeholders, team members, and clients Qualifications +3 years of experience working with scaleups, being exposed to a growing number of users Understanding various SAAS Components (charts, tables, workflows, etc.) and has developed it Experience designing with complex and abundant data to be visualized Identify and troubleshoot UX problems Knowledge of wire-frame tools Startup enthusiast with great communication skills adapted to a remote first working environment Proactiveness to drive their own roadmap and improvements Participate in an open, fun, entrepreneurial, and creative company culture Global organization and international opportunities Work from the location of your choice Feature ownership — combine data and customer feedback to create meaningful solutions to the everyday problems our users face.
