  • FlieĂźende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist zeitlich flexibel und bereit, in einem Schichtsystem zwischen 6:00 und 23:00 Uhr zu arbeiten – auch Einsätze am Wochenende sind fĂĽr dich kein Problem
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Kundenberatung
  • Du möchtest in Vollzeit arbeiten
  • Der Umgang mit Menschen macht dir SpaĂź und du arbeitest serviceorientiert
  • Du hast eine technische Affinität und bist sicher im Umgang mit Computern

  • Dein Stundenlohn beträgt 14,85 €
  • Du arbeitest komplett von zu Hause – auch die Schulung findet online statt
  • Abhängig von deinen Interessen und Stärken kannst du in verschiedenen Kundenservice-Bereichen tätig werden – wir finden gemeinsam die passende Rolle fĂĽr dich
  • Dank strukturierter Schulungen und einer intensiven Einarbeitung bist du bestens auf deine Aufgaben vorbereitet

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist die erste Kontaktperson fĂĽr unsere Kunden – sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich
  • Am Telefon, per E-Mail oder im Chat berätst du freundlich, lösungsorientiert und professionell
  • Kundenanfragen dokumentierst du sorgfältig und bearbeitest sie schnell
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Kundenanliegen rasch und effizient gelöst werden
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um die bestmöglichen Lösungen zu finden
