As a Management Trainee, you will go through a structured rotational training program covering various key areas, including:

  • Restaurant Operations: Learn the fundamentals of front-of-house and back-of-house management.
  • Customer Service & Guest Relations: Understand how to enhance customer experience and handle feedback effectively.
  • Kitchen & Food Safety Management: Gain knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and cost control.
  • Marketing & Brand Development: Assist in promotional campaigns, social media engagement, and market analysis.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Learn about procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Human Resources & Leadership Development: Develop skills in team management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Program Structure

  • Phase 2 (6-12 months): Take on a junior management role, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor.
  • Phase 3 (1-3 years): Progress to managerial positions like Store Manager or Area Supervisor.
  • Phase 4 (3+ years): Potential for senior management roles at corporate level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Passion for the hospitality and food industry.
  • Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Flexible with work shifts and locations.
  • Chinese language is a plus!

Salary Range: 60k-90k
