Payroll Benefits Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll processing. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations and will be a strong leader with attention to detail. You will ideally have experience onboarding new benefit providers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the payroll team of 3. Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations. Process payroll, including wages, overtime, and deductions on a weekly and monthly basis. Distribute payslips accurately and timely. Administer Employee benefit programs, including health insurance, car schemes, and dental. Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare necessary reports. Audit payroll processes regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to process payroll changes and updates. Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies. Qualifications: Proven experience in payroll & benefits, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in payroll software and knowledge of payroll regulations. Experience in running a weekly or bi-weekly payroll. Strong analytical and leadership skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
