We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Hewell as a Learning and Support Worker. This position is offered on a permanent, full time basis, working 37 hours per week.

Site Information

HMP Hewell is situated in Worcestershire, England, Hewell Prison is a Category B men\’s prison serving the West Midlands area. HMP Hewell offers a range of training and development programs, including vocational workshops, educational courses, and initiatives focused on resettlement and family support

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Hidden Difficulties Level 2 or equivalent (or be willing to work towards within an agreed timeframe)
• To hold Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy (or be willing to work towards within an agreed timeframe
