Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Darlington. The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, ensure property maintenance, handle tenant communications, perform property inspections, and manage lease agreements. The role involves resolving tenant issues, coordinating with contractors and maintenance staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.

• Experience in Property Management, Tenant Communication, and Property Inspections
• Skills in Lease Agreements, Budget Management, and Maintenance Coordination
• Knowledge of property regulations and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Full clean Driving Licence
