Blue Arrow are looking for Production operatives to work at a busy food manufacturing company based in Bellshill Industrial Estate.
Temp to Perm
Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:30, occasional backshift 14:00 to 22:30
Pay: £12.21
Duties involved:
- Perform production line tasks as directed by Supervisors and Key Workers.
- Understand product specifications, processing methods, and throughput targets.
- Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and accuracy.
- Follow company policies on hygiene, dress code, and health & safety.
- Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and COSHH regulations.
- Participate in training programs to build relevant skills.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices - including 'Clean as You Go' and good housekeeping.
- Support a positive team environment with a professional and flexible attitude.
