About the Role:
As Creative Designer, you will report to the Director of Content Marketing and craft compelling visual designs for our core buyer and builder audiences. You will create engaging and inspiring assets for marketing and sales throughout the funnel, lean into strategy, and manage an extended agency team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence content design, illustration, and brand design principles. This is a key position as we look to produce highly relevant and targeted content at scale.
Essential to the position will be the development and stewardship of our visual brand, effective management of stakeholder relationships, and the delegation and prioritization of tasks within a demanding and fast-paced environment. If you have a design portfolio that shows variety, precision, ingenuity, and scope across multiple channels and formats and can work as both a self-starter and team player, then we would love to hear from you. Previous experience at a B2B technology company would be preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Design with high precision across a range of formats and channels, including ebooks, one-pagers, slide decks, social media, and video.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, product-led growth, PR/communications, BD, and sales to understand requirements and meet business objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with campaign goals.
- Equally as comfortable designing animated graphics for video production.
- Brand ambassador and steward for all aspects of visual design.
- Create compelling experiences that inspire and engage users.
- Identify creative routes to take and lead their implementation.
- Lead the management of design systems and version control.
- Work simultaneously across multiple briefs, ranging from asset design to animations, wireframes, and user flows.
- Adjust design approaches based on key learnings and trends.
- Align with the content marketing strategy to create impactful designs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in evolving assets based on KPI reporting and feedback.
- Develop a solid understanding of our target audiences across the market segments the business sells into and adapt design accordingly.
- Advise on how to modernize the function to match our ambition.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ yearsβ experience in an agency or B2B design role.
- An impressive portfolio showing the development of concepts through to execution.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Awareness of news and trends which could influence our approach.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with internal clients and manage external suppliers.
- Experienced in using AI tools for image and video generation.

This position takes on a Hybrid working model, based in Newry, Northern Ireland.
