Blue Arrow are recruiting for a Paint Sprayer operative on an ongoing contract for our prestigious client in the engineering/Fabrications industry in the ST10 area (Temp to perm for the right candidate). This would be ideal for someone that has worked in Manufacturing / Engineering and wants a role in which they can learn and develop.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Stoke on Trent (ST10), Staffordshire

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00-16:30 & Friday's 06:00-11:00

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour, overtime paid at £18 per hour after 37 hours.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

  • Prepping parts for painting
  • Filling in dents
  • Smoothing out surfaces
  • Inspecting parts pre-paint to ensure a smooth finish
  • Assisting Paint sprayers where required
  • General Maintenance of yard/unit where required
  • Liaising with management team on faults/issues during early stages to ensure customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, but experience in a manufacturing/engineering role also considered
  • Experience using hand tools
  • A great attention to detail
  • Willing to learn
  • Great attitude towards work, taking pride in the results of your hard work
  • Reliable and flexible
