As an IT Infrastructure Technician, you will support the IT Network and Infrastructure Manager in maintaining and enhancing the company's IT systems and services. About the Role
- Support the IT Network and Infrastructure Manager with day-to-day tasks and infrastructure projects.
- Act as an escalation point within the IT department for infrastructure-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and server infrastructure.
- Administer and monitor server systems, ensuring regular backups and operational continuity.
