Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer support via chat, email, and phone to Finnish‑speaking clients
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer questions and concerns
- Guide customers through our gaming products and services to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality standards
- Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements
- Engage in ongoing training opportunities to improve product knowledge and service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to multitask and excel in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience
- Genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is a significant asset
