Job Description, As a Midweight Digital Designer at OFFSPRING, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-impact digital assets across our homepage, app, email, website, social media, and in-store screens. Reporting to the Creative Lead and Design Manager, you\’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Design Team to elevate our digital presence and push creative boundaries. You’ll work cross-functionally with the Photography Studio, CRM, Trading, Marketing, and Junior Designer to deliver visually consistent, brand-aligned content across all channels. A sharp eye for design, awareness of industry trends, and a passion for innovation are essential, as you’ll help shape best-in-class digital experiences that stand out in a competitive market. A love for shoes and sneakers is essential. , What we are offering you , Accountabilities Design and deliver weekly digital content across homepage, website, app, email, and mobile platforms. Develop and refine templates to keep digital output fresh, current, and on-brand. Concept and brief engaging still-life imagery for use across digital channels. Create visual assets for social media and marketing campaigns. Design motion graphics and animations for in-store screens (OFFSPRING and OFFICE). Produce user interface designs for key areas of the website and app (e.g. basket, size guides, etc.). Maintain and evolve digital brand guidelines. Support design of store graphics, brand campaigns, and internal presentations. Generate innovative concepts and storyboards for campaign development. Lead campaign-led creative from concept to delivery across multiple platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and confidently present ideas. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the creative standards of OFFSPRING and OFFICE. Proactively contribute ideas for continuous creative and process improvement. Responsibilities Share project updates and WIP with the wider creative team, contributing ideas and inspiration to seasonal and brand campaigns. Champion a user-centred design approach by seeking insights into customer behaviour across web and mobile. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and creativity within the team. Maintain a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to relevant health and safety guidelines. Additional Role Specific That You May Be Responsible For Any other duties that maybe required Development Of Self And Others Take ownership for own development and participate in a coaching and feedback culture, Achieve agreed company objectives; attend training sessions, team meetings as requested. , What we are looking for , Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital design role within e-commerce, agency, or a fast-paced creative environment – fashion experience is a strong plus A strong passion for digital design, with knowledge across web, mobile, and social platforms A keen eye for fashion/editorial-style layouts and storytelling through design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), plus good experience with After Effects for motion and video assets. Some knowledge of Blender would be advantageous (but not essential). Comfortable working within content management systems Strong grasp of typography, colour, layout, and user experience best practices Understanding of digital behaviours across devices and platforms Awareness of how to tailor content across key digital and offline touchpoints (social, online, in-store) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality A collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in user-centred design and innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
