Candidates will ideally live in either Surrey, West Kent, or South Essex – covering the South of the UK. Candidates must hold a full UK drivers licence. Basic salary c£45,000 plus uncapped commission, company car or £7,000 car allowance, pension, healthcare cash plan, discounts, and many more. (This role also offers full product training).
My client is a manufacturer and supplier of swimming pool and surround tiles, offering a diverse range of high-quality products for both residential pools and commercial spas. They are known by architects, designers, and installers across the country.
As a Sales Manager, you will be a highly confident results driven sales professional with a B2B sales background and experience of dealing with high net worth individuals. Any knowledge of the pool and spa market would be advantageous, but this is not essential.
As a Sales Manager, you will have experience of collaborating with Designers, Architects, and Contractors as well as presenting to their end clients. You will develop and manage relationships with existing B2B customers whilst also generating new business and delivering excellent customer service. You will consult with contractors, designers, specifiers and end customers, relish the challenge of winning new business, find solutions and build long term relationships within this sector and understand their needs to deliver tailored product recommendations whilst ensuring exceptional service at each stage of the project.
