Purpose of role:
- Assisting the Sales team with new contracts, managing contract renewals, and maintaining the existing client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the renewals for existing customer contracts.
- First point of contact for contract renewals and amendments.
- Maximising the contract value by sharing additional services and checking account details for additional instruments that could be included.
- Preparing quotations with correct pricing and communicating with customers by phone and email to negotiate, sell contracts and secure orders.
- Generate Service Orders for the contracts sold to allow the Service Engineers to deliver the required activities.
- Administering the sales process and managing all customer communication in the CRM system as per company standards.

- Account Management or inside sales experience essential.
- Skilled in coordinating contracts process both and renewed.
