Account Manager what you\’ll be doing:
Nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction
Proactively engaging with new clients and turning enquiries into loyal customers
Keeping the internal database accurate and up to date
Understanding each client’s specific needs and offering tailored solutions
Providing clear and timely updates about order progress
Creating concise, detailed briefs for the design team to help bring customer visions to life
