HGV Delivery Driver

TAD is excited to welcome a new team member, we are looking for a full-time HGV Driver.

Role Overview

The position involves driving an HGV in and around the M25 and across central London, delivering to our corporate client offices and construction sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely transporting goods while adhering to DFT regulations
• Unloading deliveries and assisting with loading, alongside the warehouse team
• Ensuring compliance with transport safety standards
• Start time: 7 AM from our TAD headquarters in Laindon
• Finish time: 4 PM, with regulated driving breaks
• Overtime opportunities available for late afternoons and occasional weekend work
• Average daily deliveries: 3 to 6

Qualifications

• HGV License required
• Driver certificate of professional competence (CPC)
• Truck Driving and Unloading experience
• Knowledge of DFT Regulations
• Experience and skills in HGV management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow schedules
