Part-time Housekeeper (Weekends Availability Required)
Mission: To ensure that properties are maintained and presented to the highest standard. Guests should feel like they are the first to stay at the property.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all rooms are immaculate, orderly, and fully furnished for guest comfort.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties: replacing linens, changing towels, emptying bins, restocking toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, and tidying rooms after check-out.
- Clean rooms and public areas: vacuum, dust, clean windows and blinds, pick up objects, clean glass, walls, and floors, and sanitize toilets.
- Maintain communal areas and collaborate with Property Manager and Maintenance staff as needed.
- Use the cleaning app and send photos of completed work.
- Conduct check-out inspections and report issues.
- Estimate cleaning hours based on information from the Property Management System.
- Ensure availability of supplies and transport linens as needed.
- Maintain gardens and paved areas, keeping them tidy and weed-free.
- Send reports to OE upon request and communicate with the remote team via Discord.
- Participate in weekly meetings.
