Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our customers in the field. You will work closely with customers to ensure that their equipment is functioning optimally, addressing any issues that arise, and performing routine maintenance and installations as required. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on customer equipment.

Qualifications
