The role is based at our flagship store in Braunton, North Devon. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting customers with technical advice and providing a personalised shopping experience. Merchandising, store presentation, and maintaining back-of-house organisation. Restocking and pricing products. Staying up to date with the latest trends, surf gear, and brand knowledge. Helping create in-store content for our social media platforms. What We’re Looking For: Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about surf culture. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills.
