Reporting Into – Senior Contract Manager
TecRec are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial sites throughout the North London area. This portfolio consists of around 10-12 multi-tenanted commercial offices, and my client provides a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their clients’ needs and to deliver a service cost-effectively but to the highest engineering standards.
As the Contract Manager, you will manage your own diary and be responsible for managing a P&L of £700K and a team of mobile engineers. The portfolio is constantly growing, and this should be a million-pound portfolio. This role is to work for one client across the 10 buildings.
Locations of sites: Watford, Hampstead, St Albans, Wembley, Uxbridge, Milton Keynes.
This is to work for a business that has gone from strength to strength in the industry over recent years and now has over 100 engineers across the business. The ideal candidate will have managed a portfolio of buildings previously.
