We are seeking an enterprising, innovative, and ambitious Head Grower to advance our holding after the first 20 years. Phantassie is a 10-acre mintill Market Garden located close to Edinburgh, boasting a temperate climate and good loam soil. The role is open to joint applicants, and accommodation may be possible. The salary range is £22-25k over a long/short year, averaging a 36-hour working week. The position is available now, with a latest start date of March 2024.
We are looking for 2 or 3 horticultural workers for the 2024 main season, from March through October. These short-term contracts are open to both apprentices and seasoned campaigners. Full board self-contained accommodation may be provided at Phantassie.
