Dialled in on the most current, culturally important people, events, brands, and more – focused on both the UK and US markets. Possess exceptional industry contacts and relationships in London and New York City (and beyond). Proven track record of successfully managing campaigns for clients in a variety of industries. High level execution skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent working knowledge of social platforms, predominantly Instagram and TikTok. Adaptable to a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Confidence to make suggestions and bring ideas to the wider team. Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills. A positive, can-do attitude who can work under pressure. A creative, innovative thinker with an eagerness to learn new things. Responsibilities Minimum of 4 years as a talent agent. Experience working through complex contracts with legal to reach a resolution. Further develop and build the Talent Agent and Brand Partnerships services for Re: Agency. Communicate with clients daily with opportunities, industry news, and building trust. Generate top-tier opportunities for clients to engage with brand targets. Day-to-day management of the supporting team on client deliverables and deadlines. Support the team to ideate and concept ideas that execute a brand’s vision. Negotiate contracts and manage fresh and exciting talent that align with brand values. Deliver accurate budget estimates for paid partnership opportunities. Demonstrate value of programmes and partnerships and review and report on effectiveness of campaigns. Remain ahead of emerging trends in the Influencer Marketing space. Identify, connect, and build relationships in the entertainment industry. Work with Re: Agency press teams to generate exposure on talent and their partnerships.
