This is a rare opportunity for an experienced penetration tester to take charge of delivering cutting-edge penetration testing services while mentoring a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver high-quality security assessments (infrastructure or application). Produce clear, actionable reports with recommendations for clients. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cyber security. Mentor and support junior consultants to foster growth and development. Manage assessment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project engagements. Requirements: Valid CTL certification is essential. This can be either a Cyber Scheme CSTL (Cyber Scheme Team Leader) or a CREST CCT (CREST Certified Tester) in Infrastructure or Application . Minimum 2 years of dedicated CHECK penetration testing experience. Deep technical understanding of offensive security concepts, methodologies, and tools. Proven leadership and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences. Must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance (minimum 5 years of UK residency). Desirable Qualifications: Additional certifications (CREST, Cyber Scheme, OSCP, RTO, Security+, Cyber Essentials). Full UK driving license (for occasional client travel).
