Hi-line supplies a broad range of energy efficient compressed air equipment which includes Air Dryers, Nitrogen and Oxygen Generators, Compressed Air Filtration equipment, Condensate management/drains and service kits. We also offer a first-class fabrication department, building and managing your compressed air needs. Our equipment is designed and built to the highest standards of quality by experienced and qualified Engineers. We are a member of the British Compressed Air Society and are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly enthusiastic and motivated person to join a local organisation, which specialises in the innovative design, manufacture, supply and installation of energy efficient Compressed Air Purification Equipment. The successful applicant should ideally have previous experience in air fabrication or a related industry.
Responsibilities:- Weld stainless steel pipe and associated fittings.
- To be able to read and understand schematic drawings.
- Should be able to work on their own initiative.
- Keep the work area neat and tidy in a safe condition.
- Stock control and request stock orders and maintain stock levels.
- Competent to weld carbon steel to a good standard.
- BS EN ISO 9606-1;2017 Coded for stainless steel pipe.
- Driving licence.
- CAD Knowledge would be desirable.
Mainly workshop based, with the occasional customers site work.
Key Competencies:Competent welder TIG and MIG.
