About the Admin Coordinator Job: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support our daily office operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, coordinating office activities, and providing essential support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office support, including office supplies management, office visitor arrangement, company car management, daily operation billings processing, meetings and events coordination, external relationships management, office equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Provide support to other colleague’s business travel arrangements, including tickets booking, visa application, etc.
  • Assist in IT materials management, delivery and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for administrative and company documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees as needed.
  • Follow task assignment orders and job duties delegation from the supervisor.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
  • Fluent in English and a good working knowledge of Dutch.
