A well-established retail construction main contractor is expanding into Leeds and looking for a driven Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This role will suit someone in the early stages of their QS career who wants hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and long-term development in a dynamic and busy environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
- Submitting quotations to clients for review and approval
- Supporting the commercial team in managing subcontractor accounts
- Monitoring costs and assisting in valuations and variations
- Helping with project financial reporting and tracking spend
- Learning the full QS process from start to finish
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in a Junior or Assistant QS role
