Commercial Audio Solutions Ltd is a professional and commercial audio distributor with over 20 years’ experience in supplying to audio installation and integration companies, both in the UK and overseas. Based in attractive surroundings on the Greater Manchester/Derbyshire border, our team have built a reputation for first-class service and technical expertise. Our brand portfolio includes Bosch, Cloud Electronics, LD Systems, RCF, Electro-voice, Sennheiser, TOA, Yamaha and many others.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person able to work and contribute within our dedicated, friendly team. The role will be predominantly office-based, but also include occasional customer and/or site visits, as well as attending trade shows on behalf of the company. A good level of technical understanding in audio is essential and preferably also in video and lighting.
You will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales to our existing customer base, along with expanding sales to new customers. You will be tasked with developing new markets within the commercial and professional lighting field and into the burgeoning field of video distribution. As a Sales Account Manager, your role is pivotal in driving sales success and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Portfolio Management: You’ll oversee a portfolio of accounts, aiming for long-term success. This involves nurturing existing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Client Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for customers. Handle individual needs, address queries promptly, and strive to deliver a positive customer experience.
- New Business Generation: Utilise existing and potential customer networks to generate new sales opportunities. Your ability to expand the customer base is crucial.
- Conflict Resolution: When problems arise, provide timely solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track sales metrics and report on account status and transactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales team for marketing and liaise with logistics and finance to fulfil orders and enhance customer experience.
