About the role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Physiotherapist Team Leader to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire . The hospital boasts excellent best-in-class facilities, and you will work alongside professionals who are experts in their field. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist Team leader to join the team working with outpatients. This is a Team leader position, therefore the post holder will manage the day-to-day running of the outpatient physiotherapy team to ensure effective staffing levels to provide high-quality patient care whilst meeting the needs of the business

Duties and responsibilities:

You will be working as a Physiotherapist Team Leader in outpatients and will be responsible for:

  • Work and lead the team across multiple Outpatient areas
  • Take a lead role in physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patient caseload.
  • Oversee and planning of the 6 day working rota in Outpatient Physiotherapy.
  • Provide education and teaching to the physiotherapy group.
  • Develop treatment plans that are appropriate to the patient using clinical reasoning skills.
  • Take into consideration patients’ physiotherapy care, risks and wellbeing
  • Managing a clinical caseload of mainly orthopaedic patients.

    • Who we’re looking for:

  • HCPC registration – your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Evidence of leadership or management roles previously is essential
  • At least 2 years + UK experience
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience working in a UK hospital environment is essential.
