A respected housing developer who are recognised for their high quality standards are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team. You will be managing a brand new site in Chipping Norton alongside a Senior Site Manager and number 2 Site Manager, offering progression opportunities as new phases kick off.
Job Duties:
- Assist Senior Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Monitor quality standards and address any issues
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First Aid certification
- Valid Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or related field
Education: Minimum NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or related field
Experience:
- Prior experience in high volume house building
- Experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
