Project Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Escape Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing organisation based in South Lanarkshire. We\’re currently looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working closely with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing teams, you\’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless supply chain process and timely production to meet customer demand. Responsibilities Include: Liaise with the Planning team to identify the master sales order production schedule and coordinate with Manufacturing for timely execution. Proactively communicate any production issues or delays to Planning, Sales, and Management. Adjust and update production schedules as required. Attend weekly internal progress meetings to track and share key updates. Conduct regular production floor walkthroughs to monitor live progress and identify potential issues. Act as the central internal point of contact for order production schedules. Analyse data and generate reports to recommend process improvements and streamline production workflows.Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong MS Excel skills, including data analysis, manipulation, and reporting. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues. Skilled in analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
