My local authority client in the East of England is seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to hit the ground running. The role is a 12-month contract and due to the nature of the work you are required on District on a hybrid basis.

Experience required:

  • Dealing with Damp & Mould Surveys
  • Degree in Building Surveying, HNC or similar in a building discipline
  • An understanding of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
