Mechanical Engineer – Wastewater * Leading contractor working on long-term Southern Water projects * Excellent opportunity for further progression & career development SSA are currently recruiting for a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor who are looking to add a Mechanical Engineer to their successful MEICA team, working on various Treatment Works upgrade projects as part of their ongoing AMP7 & AMP8 frameworks across the London region. The role will involve: * Coordination of design, procurement, overseeing works on site, DfMA/OSB, comissioning & handover processes; * Ensuring high-level HSEQ standards (with adherence to DSEAR); * Technical oversight on the projects (design, engineering, calculations, specifications etc) * Co-ordinate work within multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., process, civil, electrical, and ICA) They can offer a strong salary & package, further professional development (MEng/Chartership etc), opportunities for progression within the business, & long-term projects (5 years+) in the region. Essential: * Degree / HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering * Clean/Wastewater experience (beneficial)
