You’ll spend the first 6 months rotating through the internal departments including sales and purchasing and then progress to an Area Sales Manager position.

The business you’ll be joining is part of an impressive nationwide group who already employ over 2,000 people across the UK and have an annual turnover exceeding £1 billion. The company works with major manufacturers including Dyson, Morphy Richards, Bosch and Philips, to name a few.

Upon joining their Sales and Business Training Programme you will:

  • Rotate through all of the different internal departments in the first 6 months
  • After 6 months progress to an Area Sales Manager role, including company car etc
  • Be mentored by a dynamic and motivated manager who also joined the company as a Trainee
  • Contribute to the overall running of the business
  • Work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
  • Build strong relationships with B2B customers

As a Trainee Area Sales Manager, you will receive:

  • Starting salary of £25,000 – £27,000
