Responsibilities:
- Property Marketing and Advertising: Advertise available properties via websites, social media, and local channels. Craft compelling listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions. Host viewings, ensuring properties are presented at their best.
- Tenant Sourcing and Screening: Respond to inquiries and arrange viewings for prospective tenants. Conduct thorough background checks, including credit and rental history. Verify tenant eligibility based on landlord criteria.
- Negotiating Lease Agreements: Facilitate negotiations between landlords and prospective tenants. Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance. Ensure all documentation is signed and legally binding.
- Handling Tenant Queries and Issues: Serve as the main contact for tenant questions and concerns. Mediate conflicts between landlords and tenants with professionalism. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with tenants and landlords. Address customer complaints effectively to enhance service reputation. Deliver exceptional service to strengthen our presence in the market.
