A reputable private clinic in London, W1 requires a Front of House Runner to support the patient reception team. Working Monday to Saturday. Weekdays 7am-2pm, Weekends 7am-1pm.
You will be responsible for helping the clinic with checking in and escorting patients to and from waiting areas and clinic rooms. You will provide a high level of customer service and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism whilst building rapport.
This will be a physically demanding role as there will be lots of walking and you will be on your feet most of the day, so no time to be bored!
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional manner, be well presented, and a team player.
