Key Responsibilities Provide operational support to investor relations, finance, and fund management teams. Perform daily reconciliations of cash and positions with custodians. Track daily trading activity and reconcile administrator data. Identify and research complex transactions and fund structures, ensuring alignment with operational workflows. Address deal funding issues, ensuring smooth execution of credit activity. Liaise with fund trustees regarding cash availability and funding requirements. Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in loans or private credit. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a strong academic background. Knowledge of reconciliation processes, cash management, and fund accounting. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume transactions and deadlines.
