About the Role:

You will be an integral part of the team, advising the firm\’s clients on share options, employee incentives, and related corporate and financial services legal matters. This role will involve collaborating with the general accountancy and tax practice, ensuring seamless support for the firm\’s SME clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on Share Option Plans and Employee Incentive Schemes, including Employee Share Schemes, EMI Share Options, Unapproved Share Options, Nil Paid Share Options, Growth Shares, EBTs, JSOPs, and CSOPs.
• Support SME clients in addressing their corporate legal requirements, working closely with the accountancy and tax practice to provide comprehensive services.
• Stay current with legal developments in the field of corporate law, share options, and employee incentives, ensuring the highest level of service for the firm\’s clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A strong background in corporate law, with specific expertise in share options and employee incentives.
• Proven experience working with SME clients, ideally within an accountancy or tax practice environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
