Touchlight is focussed on the making of DNA. By moving away from today's restrictive biological approaches, we have made DNA manufacturing simple. Our unique dbDNA (or "doggybone" DNA) vector is optimised for use in advanced genetic medicines, being safer and more efficacious than conventional plasmid DNA. The platform, based on enzymatic technology, enables DNA production at unprecedented scale, speed and purity. We are leveraging our platform to enable the next generation of Genetic Medicines.
Touchlight has established a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO), Touchlight DNA Services, to meet the immediate and growing need of global customers for both non-GMP and GMP grade dbDNA to supply clinical development programmes in the high-value areas in which DNA is being exploited. Touchlight is currently seeking an experienced scientist to join the Manufacturing Team. Our Manufacturing Scientists are responsible for the generation of client and collaborator production requests for dbDNA at either feasibility grade or GMP.

This is an exciting, fast-paced environment suited to self-motivated, organised, conscientious and highly accurate individuals, who can contribute to and successfully work in a multi-talented and compliance orientated team.
You have:
- A background in a scientific discipline, ideally at degree level
- 2+ yearsβ experience working within a GLP environment, preferably in a CDMO
