The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Computing Teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking faculty. The successful candidate will be passionate about inspiring students and delivering high-quality Computing education from KS3 through to GCSE and potentially A-Level. You will play a key role in developing students’ digital literacy, programming skills, and understanding of computer science principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Computing lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
- Plan and deliver a well-structured, stimulating curriculum that meets the requirements of the national computing curriculum and examination boards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Contribute to curriculum development and participate in departmental initiatives.
- Support students’ wider development through extracurricular activities and computing-related clubs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching and learning.

Person Specification:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
