Estimator – Scaffolding Contractor West Essex / East London | Up to £90,000 + Package Permanent | Office-Based Ridgeway & Co are working with a well-established scaffolding subcontractor to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team, based out of their head office in the West Essex / East London area. This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing business with a strong reputation in delivering access and scaffolding solutions across the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for scaffolding packages * Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation * Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the operational team to gather accurate pricing information * Assist with tender adjudications and negotiate final terms * Work closely with Directors and Contracts Managers to support project handover and delivery What We\’re Looking For: * Experience as an Estimator within the scaffolding or access industry * Strong understanding of pricing labour, materials, and plant * Good commercial awareness and attention to detail * Proficient with estimating software and Excel * Clear communicator who can work under pressure and to deadlines What’s On Offer: * Salary up to £90,000, depending on experience * Competitive package including benefits * Long-term role with a stable, reputable subcontractor * Opportunity to work on a wide range of London and South East projects Please apply with the latest copy of your CV or contact James Bennett on the details provided
