Senior Sales Negotiator

Our client, a market leading property firm, are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to strengthen their team. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a yearly bonus, commission, a very competitive salary and the opportunity to gain further knowledge in the industry. Key Responsibilities: * Managing the database. * Arranging all appointments. * Discussing valuations. * Actively looking for potential new listings. * Building relationships with vendors and ensure they are updated throughout the full sales process. Skills & Experience Required: * Minimum 2 years’ experience. * Demonstratable experience of working within a target driven environment. * A proactive nature and proven successful sales track record. * Previous experience of building relationships. * A problem-solving mindset. * Organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines. * Excellent communication skills.
