Responsibilities

• Deputy Manager will support staff, promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for service users.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People\’s Workforce (Essential)
• Previous experience at Deputy Manager level within Children\’s Residential Home (Essential)
• Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
