This position is based at our flagship UK manufacturing site in the North West and includes responsibility for supporting additional production facilities across the Merseyside and Nottingham areas. Regular travel between sites is required.

Job Overview
As the Regional HSE Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environmental policies and management systems across multiple sites. You will play a key role in embedding a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and corporate HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HSE systems and policies across designated manufacturing sites
- Ensure full compliance with UK legislative requirements and corporate HSE guidelines
- Provide expert guidance and technical support to site and senior management teams
- Lead incident investigations and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness throughout the organization
- Monitor, report, and drive performance improvements in HSE metrics
- Support audits, certifications, and ongoing compliance with relevant standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HSE leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and industry best practices
- Experience working across multi-site operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent)
