Siamo Recruitment are looking to recruit an exceptional Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of five talented individuals to the next level. If you're a dynamic sales leader with a passion for sustainability and a flair for building strong client relationships, this is your chance to shape growth and lead a high-performing team.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead and inspire a focused team of 3–5 Sales Reps, supporting qualification and seamless handovers to Client Services.
- Craft and execute smart sales strategies across print, signage, retail, and events.
- Identify and win new business by connecting with agencies, event organisers, and brand owners.
- Own the entire sales journey—from first contact to closing deals and transitioning projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that truly add value.
- Partner with Marketing and Ops to grow the UK brand and refresh sales collateral.
- Keep CRM records sharp and sales forecasts accurate.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of proven B2B sales experience (creative or technical sectors a plus!)
- Consistent history of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Commercially minded with a drive for sustainability.
- Strong communicator with standout relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing a small sales team and working cross-functionally.
